Here’s a list of what I typically bring with me when I go to Disney World:

  • Backpack to carry everything
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats
  • Sunscreen (I love Badger sunscreen)
  • Mini first aid kit
    • Band-aids
    • Butterfly bandages
    • Pain relief medication (kids and adults)
    • Gauze
    • Neosporin with pain relief
    • Gas-X
    • Feminine hygiene items
  • Fan(s) for warm weather (stroller fan and handheld fan)
  • Battery pack with cords for charging fans and my phone
  • Empty Ziploc bags to store certain items in if it rains or when going on a ride where we’ll get wet
  • Rain ponchos (I’ve used the reusable ones and the cheap $1 ones, both get the job done)
  • Refillable water bottles (you can always get free cups of water throughout the park as well)
  • Snacks!

In addition to that, I still bring age-dependent items such as diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes for Elliott! I also still bring a stroller and carrier for him as well. When Elliott was under 6 months old, we made sure to bring a UPF umbrella, UPF lightweight blanket, and a UPF hat.
